About

Enjoy an afternoon of the finest local food and drinks with gourmet burgers by Ballyboley Dexters, craft beer by Modest Beer and Echlinville's premium whiskeys and gins.

Let us welcome you with a G&T before taking you on a guided tour of our distillery. Then relax in the stunning surroundings of our still house and 'meet the makers' from Modest Beer, Ballyboley Dexters and Echlinville who will talk you through their ethos while you sample their award winning products.

Once you've worked up an appetite, build your own gourmet burger freshly prepared on the barbeque and dressed to your liking.
