Saturday 14 May will see the return of the annual Ards and North Down Pipe Band and Drum Major Championships in the grounds of Castle Park, located in Bangor Town Centre at the Town Hall.

This colourful event showcases skill and talent. Another highlight of the day is the fantastic display put on by the Highland Dancers. This event will see up to 50 bands competing for coveted championship title. The free event is a family affair, with plenty to entertain the little ones with face painting and children’s rides.

This event is organised in conjunction with the Royal Scottish Pipe Band Association (RSPBANI).
