Thunder Park is an indoor action sports Skatepark built in 2018 located within the existing Eddie Irvine Sports facility, in Bangor County Down.
The Skatepark has been designed for fun, beginner training lessons, and with a progressive area for aspiring pro's. Thunder Park is run by a passionate team of local action sports professionals and we welcome anyone to come and enjoy our facility.

Thunder Park features Ireland’s only foam Pit for learning tricks safely, we also have a 60ft wide of half-pipe, street style obstacles and a jump box area suitable for Skateboarding, Roller skates, BMX Bikes & Stunt Scooters.

The Skatepark also features lots of fun obstacles for beginners and first time visitors. There’s something for all levels of ability and we provide expert coaching classes focusing on safe participation which will include tips and tricks on how to be the best you can be from your very first day!

We welcome and cater for Group bookings, birthday parties and we offer 1-2-1 coaching lessons available in BMX, skateboarding, scootering.

You'll also be blown away with our brand new Equipment Shop with thousands of items in stock for Stunt Scooters, Skateboards, BMX Bikes & protective gear available for sale, right here in our Bangor based Skatepark.
