Spindrift Donaghadee is a stylish townhouse designed by Grand Designs House of the Year Award wining architects McGonigleMcGrath. It is centrally situated in Donaghadee and just s short stroll into town to visit the harbour with its iconic lighthouse, shops, cafe, restaurants and bars. Although so handy it is set back from the main road on a private cul de sac so is quiet and peaceful.

The accommodation comprises a bright and spacious open plan layout of kitchen, living and dining room. The fully fitted modern kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, fridge freezer and dishwasher. It is well equiped with pots, pans and utensils for making meals at home. The living room has a wood burning stove and there is gas central heating throughout the home. There is a downstairs cloakroom with WC and washing machine. 

Upstairs there are three bright and airy bedrroms, one with kingsize bed, one twin and a single. All bedrooms have wardrobes and plenty of storage. The fully tiled family bathroom has a bath with shower over, wc , washbasin and cupboards for all essentials. 

Outside there is a lovely south west facing patio and garden complete with patio furniture and barbecue. There is a raised grassy area which is surrounded by fencing and accessed by steps. Onsite secure storage for items such as golf clubs, bikes, paddleboards etc is offered on request and at no extra charge. 

There is off street parking for 1 car at the front door of the house.

Spindrift is set back from the road on a private cul de sac of only 4 houses. It is a quiet and peacful location with off street parking for 1 car. 

Public Transport Directions

Spindrift Donaghadee is just  a 30 minute drive from George Best airport and Belfast city centre. The Ards Peninsula is also easily accessible by car. Donaghadee is also serviced by a Translink bus route.
