Ardbrae Country House is situated between Kircubbin and Portaferry on a 4 acre landscaped elevated site. This tranquil luxury B&B enjoys splendid panoramic views of the surrounding countryside including views of Strangford Lough and the Irish sea. Offering a central location for discovering County Down, Strangford Lough and beyond including sailing, golfing, cycling, hiking and motorsport .

Come, relax and enjoy the generous hospitality in comfortable luxury surroundings. Savour an extensive breakfast with homemade breads, jams and local produce to set you up for the day's adventures. On arrival guests can enjoy complimentary tea/coffee with homemade scones fresh cream and homemade jam. Enjoy your stay at Ardbrae.

Spacious parking, use of garden and panoramic seated areas.

All rooms offer superb views. Guests can relax in the vaulted gallery reading area and enjoy its extensive varied reading material, or the spacious lounge or enjoy the all round vision in the sunroom.

All bedrooms have Superking or King size beds, large flatscreen TV, large comfortable seating, WiFi internet, generous hospitality trays, reading material, complimentary toiletries, robes, hairdryer, trouser press/iron. All bathrooms have baths and powershower facilities. The standard room has a large private bathroom adjacent. A Mothercare travel cot and highchair are available on request for our younger guests.

Our suite/family room is 80 square meters of luxury and contains a Superking bed, 2 single beds plus rollaway bed if required, ensuite and private lounge area with juliet balcony.

Prices range from £35 per person for two people sharing per night (standard room with super king bed).
Suite from £45 for two people per person sharing, £115 for 2 adults and 2 childen under 12.

Suite with 2 adults and 3 children (16 and under), £130.

In 2015 Ardbrae Country House were awarded a Gold Award in the Green Tourism Business Scheme.
